Koda Puppy

A drawing of my adorable little boy, Koda Bleu, back when he was nine weeks old. I had a lot of fun with this, and I tried to concentrate on getting the shape of his head and chest to show through the fur. Sometimes the fur I draw can “flatten out” the entire subject. I think I did pretty well until I got to his chest; by the time I got to that point I just wanted to be done – he’s got a lot of random markings on his face (I didn't even add them all ). I hope the grass is okay; I made it all up and finished it really fast. I probably should have made it a little denser, especially on the right side of the drawing. Oh geez… I just realized that he doesn’t have any whiskers. Oh well, this drawing definitely isn’t perfect.
